I've not played it yet, but I've heard a lot of good things about All Things Zombie as a good rules set for Survivors vs. Zombies. I've earmarked a bunch of my Survivors (along with a kitbash of Vikings, Persians, and Orcs) for use in Spinespur as thugs. There is also a new necromunda style games set in the Spinespur universe called Street Chum coming out soon that could definitely use Survivors and possibly Zombies as well.

everyone,

OK, here is the hint! Check WGF main web site AND WGF Facebook daily.

There will be TWO new kits available very, very, soon. Some of you with store 'connections' can find out now.

Yeah, we've been patient, but it's nearly a month of "very, very soon" now. Would it help speed things up if I mentioned I've placed four orders with Perry Miniatures and Warlord Games while waiting? ;)

everyone,

The two new boxes were posted on 31 Oct on the web site: http://wargamesfactory.com/ Click the DGF robot pictures.

There are more coming! As soon as I get notification that the Kickstarter customers are sent their figures first I will let everyone know.

WGF IS producing many more kits in 2013 than in 2012, and even bigger plans for 2014.

Thank you all for your patience.

Jim

Ah, thanks for clarifying. Because we were already aware those were near to release and knew what they looked like, I didn't immediately connect them with the "two new kits" and thought that comment had something to do with the new line.

No, I get it. Jim said on 22/10 that two new boxes would be launched very, very soon, and true to his word the next two Dreamforge boxes launched on 31/10. Further Dreamforge boxes are in the works (see their kickstarter page), which I presume are the ones Jim refers to in his last post. The new era line Daisy mentioned appears to be some way off. We're all getting ourselves confused a little and probably being a touch too impatient - WGF is handling several lines after all.

everyone,

To clarify further here.

Daisy is referring to a major 2014 project. WGF will NOT divulge further information, at this time. This is a project everyone at WGF loves, and we all believe our customers will be VERY pleased with this project! Over time, many of you have expressed an interest, either on these forums OR to me personally over the past two years at miniature conventions for this historical line to be developed by WGF at an affordable price, while maintaining our excellent quality. Please speculate away as this IS something to anticipate for 2014!

I (Jim) will advise these forums, as soon as I am given permission on all new releases. More DreamForge is coming soon, not just two boxes. There are numerous other projects in the works. ( WW-II American 15 MM samples were on display at GenCon for example) As soon possible, I will gladly share with everyone what I am allowed to on these forums.

colinvan,

Thank you for the kind words.

Telling our customers too soon about a work in progress also leads to frustration by our customers if that product is not available for sale almost immediately. Our company prides itself on how well we are accomplishing our mission statement:
Mission
"To bring our customers the highest quality plastic miniatures for their army building needs at affordable prices."

As you note, there are other companies to buy from, but do they have our prices, interchangeability between all our figures and superior quality?

The reason WGF allows so much competitor information on these forums is to allow our customers that shopping comparison to make. (Within reason - spam is NOT tolerated.)

Thank you for your thoughts.

Jim

Not to mention, your minis also work very well with many of your less versatile competitors, also. This also increases the value of your miniatures. Inexpensive, high quality, multi-part poseability and flexibility, and a huge amount of compatibility, both internally, with other boxes from your own line, and externally with boxes from many of your competitors.

Yes it does. Heavy Sigh.
Nothing to do but start painting up those I have already.
