I think it would be easy to come up with a few generic torsos and legs for these guys. Pretty much all the Sea Peoples, including the Mycenaeans and Minoans, the Lukka, the Cannanites, etc. all had kilts and loin cloths etc,, sandals, or a simple tunic. I suppose the Mycenaeans had the greaves, and some would have the bronze cuirass, but for rank and file, you could have a generic bronze age Eastern Mediterranean torso and legs.
I think it would be a mistake to commit the figures to figure-8 shields only. For one thing, I don't think there is any evidence that these were ever used in battle. They may have been for hunting (there are depictions of nobles using them in lion hunts). There are also tower shields, and simple round and crescent ones too, so a sprue could offer variety.
With a few rows of heads, you could have bare-headed, boars' tusk helmets, simple bronze helmets, Lukka head-dresses, and fancier helmets, that would cover Mycenaeans, Minoans, Trojans, Hittites etc.
